What kind of services do you provide?

Big Ben Cleaners provides a wide range of commercial and residential cleaning services. We have years of practice in the field as we have worked with landlords, letting agents, private tenants and we have created a standard checklist to meet the most common needs of London residents.

What are your working hours?

You can contact our helpful customer care representatives on weekdays from 8am to 8pm and from 9.30am to 17.30pm on the weekends. Our professional cleaning technicians start at 8am and usually work until 6pm but have in mind that you can request a service outside of our working hours, typically at no extra charge. Do you work on Weekends and Bank Holidays?

Big Ben Cleaners offers professional cleaning services seven days a week including weekends and bank holidays.

Do you have a cancellation fee or a deposit?

We do not require a deposit. We have cancellation fees, you can get more information on our T&C page.

Do you have a minimum notice applied in order to book a cleaning appointment?

No, we don`t. It would be best if you book a service at least 3 to 5 days in advance so we can find an appropriate time slot for you and make sure we have available cleaning team at the time that suits you best.

Do I have to pay anything extra apart from cleaning service?

Our quoted price includes all taxes, agency fees and services. However, charges that might appear on top of the quoted price are congestion (if your site address is in London congestion charge area); parking fees (if you are not able to provide a free parking space for the company`s van).

Is your staff insured and vetted?

Our London cleaners are fully insured. All of our maids have personal references and are background checked so you can rest assured they are a reliable team of professionals.

Do you provide cleaning / janitorial supplies?

We will provide all necessary cleaning equipment for the services: End of Tenancy, Move out/ Move in cleaning, Windows and After builders Cleaning as well as professional Carpet and Upholstery Steam/Dry Cleaning.

For the One-off Deep Cleaning and Regular Domestic service, Big Ben Cleaners usually does not provide the cleaning supplies. However, we would be happy to supply all necessary equipment if you require so at a small extra charge.

Do I have to be home during the cleaning?

It would be best if you can be there at the beginning of the service so you can show the team around especially if there you have some specific requirements for certain areas. You are more than welcome to stay during the whole cleaning process. However, if you are busy, our team will call you before finishing, so you would have enough time to come back to your home to see the final results. Have in mind that you can also provide keyholding service for your convenience, especially for the clients using a regular cleaning with us.

Is Your End of Tenancy Cleaning guaranteed?

Our End of Tenancy Cleaning is fully guaranteed within 48 hours of service. If there is anything you or your landlord is not completely satisfied with, contact our operators and our cleaning team will come back for a free of charge re-cleaning process of the needed areas.
